This is the firm you want your ex to hire. My ex-wife hired them and I'm a lot better off as a result.
I'm fortunate to have had a great lawyer. But we got a strong assist thanks to Fox and Bank shooting themselves in the foot. (Really, they shot my ex-wife in the foot because as long as they get billable hours, Fox and Bank wins, regardless of the outcome of the case.)
It was quite distressing to see a Request for Order (RFO) chock full of lies and outrageous demands. Until that point I had represented myself to minimize confrontation and cost, but I really didn't know how to
