Front Desk Personnel: We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the central hub of the clinic with a lot of interaction with our patients. Your role is key to the overall experience the patients will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.
New Patients

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to make sure we have the correct insurance information for you, to sign consent forms, and ask any questions before your appointment begins. Wear (or bring along to change in to at the clinic) comfortable, athletic clothing. Making sure that the area of pain or discomfort can be accessed; normally wearing shorts and/or a tank top is perfect.
Insurance Information

We do offer a reasonable self-pay option so our care can be accessible to all regardless of insurance circumstances. We will also gladly bill to any insurance carrier you would like, though rates may be higher if we are out of network. Unfortunately, we can not take Cleveland Clinic Insurance, University Hospital Insurance, TriCare, or Medicaid and it's affiliates.
