Brad is a great instructor, very reasonably priced, professional and effective. Did I mention funny?! He has our stamp of approval for any beginning golfers (male or female) who want to build confidence, learn of the game of golf and have fun on the golf course! I was a beginning golfer and needed a lot of help and Brad helped me a lot.
He was fun and made learning easy. I enjoyed lessons so much that I signed up for his group classes to continue my journey with golf. The MBGA is a golf school designed to fit the specific needs of each student while creating an environment conducive to lowering scores, enlightening students in the philosophy's of the game of golf, and producing a relaxing atmosphere aimed at taking the stress out of strenuous day-to-day living.

Brad Cursio owns and operates the Monterey Bay Golf Academy. He has 12+ years experience in the field including earning and maintaining his Class A Status as a PGA Golf Professional, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fresno State, achieving coach status through The First Tee of Monterey County, and teaching golf for renowned California Golf Schools and Jeff Symmonds Golf Schools.

I just wanted to tell you I played in a stroke tournament at the Olympic Club. It was a 3-way tie for 2nd. I lost when they went to the scorecard and picked a hole. The greens were running at 11. Sat I played great with a net 73 and Sunday I had a net 76. The two guys I was paired with had " The round of their lives " Net 66 and net 68.
