Custom Homes
We specialize in building fully customized homes tailored to individual preferences and lifestyles. Our process begins with collaborative design consultations to translate client visions into functional blueprints. Utilizing advanced architectural software, we ensure precision in every detail, from structural integrity to interior finishes. Our team manages construction from groundbreaking to completion, providing regular updates and maintaining strict quality control. Clients benefit from personalized material selections, budget-friendly options, and a seamless transition from design to occupancy. Our post-construction support includes warranty coverage for added peace of mind.
Remodeling & Additions
Our remodeling services enhance existing spaces through kitchen upgrades, bathroom renovations, and structural additions. We begin with a site assessment to evaluate feasibility and structural requirements. Clients receive tailored design proposals that optimize space functionality while preserving architectural harmony. The process includes material selection guidance, budget planning, and phased construction to minimize disruption. Our team handles permits, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing touches to ensure cohesive results. Post-project support includes addressing any adjustments needed to meet client expectations.
Pre-Designed Homes
We offer a curated collection of pre-designed home plans that balance affordability with customization. These templates provide a starting point for clients seeking efficient solutions without compromising quality. Modifications are available to adapt layouts to specific needs, such as adding bedrooms or adjusting square footage. Our designers assist in selecting finishes and features to personalize the home. This option reduces design timelines while maintaining flexibility, making it ideal for clients with clear vision but limited planning time.
Home Design Services
Our in-house design team creates detailed architectural plans for new homes and renovations. Using specialized software, we develop 3D renderings to visualize spatial layouts and exterior aesthetics. Services include space planning, material selection coordination, and energy-efficient design integration. Clients receive multiple design iterations to refine concepts before construction begins. We ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations while prioritizing functional flow and aesthetic appeal.
Home Warranty
We provide comprehensive warranties covering structural elements and workmanship for new builds and major renovations. This includes repairs for defects in materials or construction within the specified coverage period. Clients receive detailed documentation outlining warranty terms and procedures for filing claims. Our team addresses issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. This service ensures long-term value and security for homeowners, reinforcing our commitment to quality beyond project completion.

Report
Spoke with a Michael's Homes representative at the Builders' Show in Marquette several months ago about replacing our front porch. On March 14th Michael came to our house to talk to us about our plans. We felt that he understood what we wanted and looked forward to getting an estimate in a week or so. Three months and a few e-mails later we have neither an estimate nor a response to our emails. We understand this may have been a smaller project than what Michael normally takes on but he could have afforded us the common courtesy of a phone call letting us know he wasn't interested
