Rental Steps

Step 2: Select your date and time. Note: If you want to rent items for one day but want the pick up following day make sure to have a 24 hr pick up time or else the system will charge you for 2 day rentals. We are flexible with our pick ups just email, call, or text us with your information and let us know that you want a pick up time much later and we can get you arranged.
Order
Report
Select the date you would like to book including pick up and drop off. Please select the city you are located in we will verify the location and will go according to what google maps will say. We treat our customers with honesty, respect, and mindful so please be honest when ordering. We have the right to cancel any rental order with incorrect information.
Product Inventory

Employees will not drop off rental items if customer does not have payment ready.* The pricing for the rental items does not include set up nor take down. Setup and take down services are available upon request along with an additional accrued cost. Must notify ahead of time. Setup and take down are two separate fees.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Report
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event are not eligible for any refunds. Orders canceled within 72 hours of delivery date are eligible up to a 50% refund. Any cancellation we will refund 50-90% the other 10% is used to cover the cost of processing fees.
Once you make an order with us and you change your mind or any other reason your event you will only get 90% refunded back due to processing fees unable to refund all of their fees back to your account.The items that you ordered have been reserved for your event and have become unavailable to other customers that often results in loss of revenue for our company.
