Programs are developing faster than expected and the service area for requested classes doubled before initial programs began. Our programs are set to start an international presence in Canada, beginning 2022! Steven and Olivia are teaching them how to bring themselves back if they start to feel stressed or upset.

Thank you for your continued support of the work of the Holistic Life Foundation, Inc. (HLF). Our unique programming offers a dedicated approach to fostering social, emotional, environmental, and physical improvements in the lives of children and adults.
Through a comprehensive approach that incorporates yoga and mindfulness instruction, workforce development, teacher training, outreach, and education, our programs are making a direct impact for underserved populations across the country, and throughout the world.2019 was a year of significance. Our staff of 44 served approximately 4,500 children in Baltimore each week in a total of 17 schools.

The Holistic Life Foundation provides trainings for teachers, administrators, parents, yoga and mindfulness instructors, and service providers. Trainings help participants incorporate yoga, mindfulness, breath work, centering, and related techniques into their work to improve the delivery of the services they provide.

Through our years of practice, we have developed a comprehensive approach which helps children to develop their inner lives. Due to the success of our work and the positive feedback we received, we have created Bridging Academics and the Mind (BAM). BAM is a program to be used in schools and at home that combines yoga, mindfulness meditation, and self-care practices.
