We have completed many different types of inspections. Including existing home inspections, new home inspections, construction phase inspections, 11 month inspections, pest and dryrot inspection. A typical, full home inspection includes inspecting the drainage, siding, flashing, roofing, structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, and many more components of the home.
Pricing
Report
Home Inspection fees can vary greatly from one inspector to another. Some are trying to break into our market and have lowered their price to get their foot in the door. Generally, my fee for a Full Home Inspection starts at $500, and increases based on the sq ft size of the house, with an 1800-2300 sq ft size being in the $600 range.

I no longer recommend Scott Neimann to my clients. I'm a Realtor. He damaged property at two homes he inspected for my clients, and in both cases would not resolve the matter with the home owner. In one case he did NOT provide his inspection report prior to the end of the buyer's inspection contingency period. He behaves most unprofessionally in such cases, refusing to return phone calls or respond to email - yet he takes the client's money! But doesn't offer a refund. NEGATIVE STARS

Scott was recommended to me and my husband by our real estate agent and I'm so happy that she recommended him. He charged more than other inspectors in the area but trust us when we say he was worth the cost! Scott did the inspection on our first home and he did a thorough job. We met him at the house for the inspection review and as we walked around he told us so much information about the house and gave us ideas of how we could fix any of the problems that arose. This guy came highly recommended from a friend. I called immediately after her recommendation and there was no answer and no voicemail, which I thought was odd. Then I sent an email. The next day, I hadn’t heard a response, so I filled out a contact request through his website. The following Monday, I called again just to make sure I’d gotten the number right (what business doesn’t have a voicemail?) but got the same result. It’s now been two weeks and I haven’t heard from him. Two stars based solely on my friend’s recommendation.
