Services
Pain Management
Our pain management specialists diagnose and treat chronic and acute pain conditions using interventional techniques, medication management, and multidisciplinary approaches. We address conditions like back pain, fibromyalgia, and nerve-related disorders through personalized treatment plans. Our goal is to improve functionality and quality of life while minimizing reliance on opioids.
Electromyogram
Electromyogram (EMG) testing evaluates muscle and nerve function to diagnose conditions causing weakness, numbness, or paralysis. This diagnostic tool differentiates nerve damage from muscular disorders, guiding targeted treatment plans. Our physicians perform EMGs with precision to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective interventions.
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal cord stimulation uses implanted devices to block chronic back and leg pain signals. This advanced therapy replaces pain with tingling sensations, offering relief when other treatments fail. We conduct trial periods to assess effectiveness before permanent implantation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Acupuncture
Our acupuncture services utilize traditional Chinese medicine techniques to address pain and stress-related conditions. Fine needles stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing, complementing conventional treatments. This non-invasive approach effectively manages chronic pain, headaches, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release therapy targets muscle knots and connective tissue restrictions causing chronic pain. Our therapists use specialized massage techniques to relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore normal muscle function. This hands-on approach effectively treats myofascial pain syndrome and related conditions.

I have been a patient for many years. I do not understand the negative reviews. Doctors, PAs, CNP have always been very good. Rhizotomies, trigger points, epidurals, facet blocks, SI injections. They are good at what they do. I have seen a number of Dr's over the years. Currently see Dr Mik. Personally I like him and he is a very good Dr. They also handle medication as necessary.

A total joke. You sit there filling out papers for over a half an hour. Only to get called back to talk to the Dr. Frankenstein about bulging discs in your back. Hebe ridiculed them saying saing they don deal with weakness. The MRI was fine it was not something I ignoredand I had a stroke but did nothing sbout it. Two other doctors confired the reason for the weakness was the bulging discs. It has gotten progressively worse over time. It was NOT a stroke and then he told me to leave nothing was wrong with me

Worst experience at a doctor in my entire life. Asked to have a form filled out and got treated like a drug addict. Dr I had was very rude and had a serious attitude problem. Save yourself the heartache and go ANYWHERE else. I would give a negative 1000 rating if it was possible.

This was the worst experience i ever had. I actually came out of the office in tears. Dr Mikhaylovskiy was the worst. He picked my pain level and did not let me explain anything. He was very argumentative and had no interest in what i had to say. He then asked me if i believed in shots i said im not sure because i know nothing about them. His reply was thats not what i asked you. I would not recommend this place.

My dad and mom had genuine reasons for seeking help at this facility. Dr. Mik was extremely rude, condescending, and just plain nasty. He actually told us if we didn't like it to "go somewhere else". I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. He was very demeaning and belittled my mom the entire time we were there. His Russian European butt needs to be deported. All he believes is that everyone there is after narcotics. Would rate zero stars of possible.
