You can borrow up to 90% of your homes value minus any current mortgage debt. The interest may be 100% tax deductible and this loan is available even if your 1st mortgage is not at the Credit Union. You can borrow for any purpose such as to purchase a car, boat or camper, home improvements, to take a vacation or consolidate bills.

Only $10 is required to have a membership at the Credit Union. A minimum balance of $100.00 is necessary to earn dividends at the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield (APY), which are paid quarterly.
