Physical Therapy is an integral part of the medical treatments in addition to prevention and drug therapies. Florida Neurologic Center was founded by M. Albin Morariu and he has been a practicing neurologist for over an interval of over 30 years. M. Albin is licensed to practice medicine in North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, and Florida.

Both Drs Morariu are certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry in Neurology. Mircea M Morariu Jr. M.D. is certified by the American Board of Neuroimaging in interpretation of brain MRI's and CT scans, MRI's of cervical, thoracic and lumbar as well of MRA's of the extra cranial and intracranial vessels.
