I took a printer to PC Fix TX LLC as a last ditch effort before buying another one and he was able to repair it and get it going again. It was cheaper than buying another printer which accomplished what I had set out to do from the beginning. I recommend using them they was timely, inexpensive and I am happy that once again have a working printer.

Joe was great with handling my PC issue. The motherboard went out on my very old laptop. Joe was able to diagnose it and then recover the data from my hard drive. He even offered to help me look for a new computer. In the end, I would go back to Joe if I have another PC issue.

My severely damaged hard drive was replaced in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable! Best of all they were able to save all of my documents, emails, pictures, etc. This was a real life saver and I'm extremely grateful!! I will definitely use PC Fix TX in the future for any computer issues!!

Joseph was given my laptop to fix by my sister who had been “borrowing” my laptop for the past year. When he told me what the issue was, I told him my sister was paying for the services and that I wanted to gift her the laptop. He asked if I’d like a special screensaver or card to go with the laptop when she picks it up. I told him yes and sent him a photo and wording for the card. His team made a personalized card for her!! Needless to say she was a little confused by what I had him put inside the card, but was even more surprised to see my picture all over the background of what was now

I definitely would not recommend JOE I dropped off my sisters IPhone 10 XR on Sunday afternoon, and prior to that I couldn't find his location so I called him and he didn't answer none of the texts or phone call, after just showing up thinking it was a building, come to find out it's at his apartment which was really sketchy and looked run down I asked a lady that was walking her dog if she knew where joe lived and she pointed at his apartment his wife answered the door she was nice but not once did I see Joe. My sister dropped her phone and it started to glitch and turned off but

Wow!! omg what a beast!!! I had a laptop I could NOT fix and I needed it fixed ASAP! I work from home soooo it was a big deal.. I found Joe and Holy biscuits what a lifesaver!! I'm serious y'all; when ever I need anything fixed or anyone else needs anything fixed he's gotcha 100%! And gives you updates and pictures throughout his process. I told him I needed it fixed same day AND THE GUY DID IT! And And.. he called me the next day just to be sure everything was workin good.. how nice is that!??
