Jefferson Property Management - or Swank Property Management - whatever they call themselves these days, is the LEAST customer service friendly business I've ever had the pleasure (NOT) of dealing with. They manage the HOA in my neighborhood AND manage at least one rental property in the neighborhood (conflict of interest, much?). An issue arose regarding a fence between my house and the rental property beside me.
