The lady who believed. Remember back in 1980 with a new president, a recession, interest rates on home purchases 16 - 17%. This was not a good time to start a real estate career in Chicago, but Joyce did! It was tough, not too many experienced agents were selling and not too many clients were buying in these conditions.

Originally I am from St. Louis MO and I am a second generation Realtor. My mother was a Realtor and partner in a real estate firm in the St. Louis area. I have lived in Kansas City and England before moving to Clearwater Florida in 1983. During our stay in England in England, we were able to take extended visits to Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, and Scotland.

Born in Florida the "sunshine" state is all that I know. My best friend / husband and I have been happily married for two years. We are blessed with a great family in which we are known as the "best Aunt and Uncle" to all of our wonderful nieces and nephews. Originally from Ohio, I moved to Florida in 1984. I have maintained a Real Estate License since 1994 and have a passion for the Real Estate Industry. I also spent several years in Telecommunications in various positions retiring from Corporate life in 2019.
