Nothing is worse than washing to pack for a long trip and learn that your dryer is not working ( no heat ) I contacted the guys at Northeast Appliance repair, it was absolutely amazing experience, which is Almost unheard of these days!! From the time I dropped off my dryer and less than 7 hours I was back on track!! I didnt know same day service even existed anymore!!! Thank yall for saving my trip!!

I paid $100 for them to determine the problem with my dishwasher. They said drain pump and ordered the part. 2 weeks later, they called on a thursday saying the part is in. I told them i had not yet decided if i was letting them install for $260 or buying the part from them for $185 and installing myself. Plug and play install so decided to do myself. Drove to west monroe to pick up the part the following week, but they already shipped it back! She blamed me and said I told them I ordered the part online cheaper? Simply not true. I didn’t even have the part number. Whatever. Got the part

My call was returned promptly by the scheduler and a date was given for service call. Evan was prompt in arriving and was efficient in determining the source of the issue. Was very respectful, mindful of wearing his mask into my home and even put on shoe covers before entering my home...have never had a repairman do that. Was knowledgeable and explained problem. Will be returning to complete the repair once the part comes in. Am very appreciative and happy with Northeast Appliance Repair.

The staff were the best. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I hadnt intended on purchasing that day and was on the hunt for a used dependable refrigerator.. An employee explained how they buy dented ,or scratched appliances at low prices and then pass the deal on to the customer. I am 60yo and starting completely over so I have an allowance budgeted for appliances. I was able to buy brand new appliances at less than used appliance prices.
