Captain Dave was amazing! This was a bucket list trip for my 16 year old son and the trip exceeded all expectations. Captain Dave does a fantastic job of reading the water, boats, weather, etc. He has spots plotted out based on what you want to catch. Thanks for a great day!

When I booked with Captain Dave I told him I wanted trophy fish, I knew it was a tough request but Captain Dave said it wasnt a problem! Wind was bad so we were limited to the Halifax River but My cousin and I caught the biggest Red Drum I think Ill ever catch. Ive caught a lot of Reds in the past but when I caught mine with Captain Dave and Strippin Lips Charters I was speechless. Thank you Dave for a trip Ill never forget! Hope to fish with you again!

Captain Dave is a great local guide, wed highly recommend him for a really fun fishing trip. We took an afternoon trip with my son, daughter-in-law and 8 yr old grandson. Captain Dave made sure each person was put on some fish and had a great time.

Dave is a life long Floridian who should write a book (but he wont) on how to catch fish both offshore and inshore. He has been able to put us on fish in all types of unpredictable weather. Daves puts you on fish but you also have a good time when youre doing it. No pressure. We have chartered with him several times and have never been disappointed. Booking trips is always easy with this husband and wife team. Marie is also very knowledgeable and easy to work with when calling to arrange a trip.

Awesome time!!! This was our second charter with Captain Dave and once again he didn't disappoint. My husband and I took our 2 teens and we caught HUGE reds which are a good fight to reel in. We also caught some sheephead and black drum. His boats can accommodate different size groups and he is super knowledgeable about the fishing Hotspot. He will put you on them. He's our favorite captain on the east coast.

Captain Dave is the man! We didnt get to go offshore because of bad weather but we did get to go inshore instead and we had so much fun ! Caught a variety of species . Redfish , black drum , sheepshead (caught my personal best sheepshead ) and lots of smaller action to totally make the trip worth it! Also Dave took the time to teach us different techniques to land fish ! I Highly recommend Captain Dave to anyone visiting the area! We had a blast!
