Hired this company to do services because the company I had used for years went out of business. I asked the technician to check the thermostat because the system was working intermittently. He went back into my attic for about five minutes or less an stated that I needed a blower motor and module. After he replaced those parts for approximately $1100.00, the ac would not work at all. He supposedly replaced a relay, and that did not fix the problem. After four or five service calls and a new thermostat, my unit started working again.

This is not a reputable company. My elderly mother's heater was not working during the coldest days this past weekend. She called for repairs, and was led to believe that the repairperson would be at her house on Monday morning. On Sunday, a repairperson came to her house and said the heater was broken (we knew that) and charged her $79. On Monday morning, no one showed up. My mother was still without heat- four days now.
