The Caskey & Caskey team is #1 in customer service!! In 2007 we moved to Manhattan Beach and Dave helped us find our beach dream home. Sadly, just two years later he gently guided the process of selling this lovely family home as I cried my way through the divorce process. He made sure he found a local rental home for me and my teenage son in his school district. When this lease expired Dave once again stepped in and found us another rental on a great walk street. We interviewed others and selected Dave Caskey. He did everything he said he would do. This realtor is beyond great. He, or someone from his company, takes care of everything if you want it-with complete competence. Just as importantly, things are done right. His referrals for design, staging and painting all went well too-and Dave Caskey is involved and very helpful with all decision making. They changed a few things and the house looked entirely different increasing the curb appeal significantly. The house was very well staged as well. We sold near the price and in the time-frame he predicted

I want to thank Dave and his team, especially Deanna Wipp for the effort they put in finding me my home. After a long battle with a first transaction gone bunk due to the sellers not disclosing some major information Dave and Deanna quickly had the escrow canceled and my deposit fully returned. Within a few days we were back on with a new house two streets over in the neighborhood I was adamant about living in. This time everything went smooth and we closed escrow early.
