A true southerner, Erica was born in Alabama. Her father was in the military, and transferred to the Fort Gordon base in Augusta, GA in 1980. In 1982, her family purchased a home in South Carolina. She was raised in the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Erica has been in real estate for 9 years, serving buyers and sellers.

She has the experience it takes to work with her clients - from buying a home already built, a new construction home, or listing a home to get ready for life's next adventure. Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and their two children, Kaitlyn and Connor. Erica loves people, loves selling real estate, is ready to work with YOU, her next client.
