What an amazing pharmacy! The customer service is there to help in all possible ways, always pleasant and personable. For Lawrence University students, they deliver prescriptions to the student mailboxes, and they work with students coming from other states, or even last-minute refills. Hometown Pharmacy is the definition of what it means to serve a community with compassion, helpfulness and humanity. Thank you!

It was taking several days for my insurance to authorize one of my prescriptions so the owner just gave it to me and said I could settle up when the insurance got back with their response! You're NOT going to get that type of customer service at a big pharmacy! The staff is super friendly and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Initially, we really liked this place, but eventually we had to leave because of one person's disrespectful attitude. Every single other person in the pharmacy was a pleasure to interact with, except for this one woman. She was simply a disgrace to customer service. It's a real shame, as the store is clean and beautiful, with lots of interesting brick-a-brac on display and for sale. The store has a very down-home and old-world quality to it and the atmosphere is (or rather was) comfortable and friendly. It just goes to show how disruptive to a business one person can truly be.
