DO NOT RENT. There an app you have to use to pay rent, wasn’t reliable to me. They were very hands off good luck getting help in your unit. Pretty much run the place like slum lords. Lived in a place with nails in the ceiling, never was fixed. If you look up the headquarters, it says Birmingham, however that’s not the building and they never gave me the real address. Wanted to drop off a money order instead of using there app but there is no other option, it also is a very broken app. I promise you, you will regret going with this company

The realtor that handled our rental, Monica, is absolutely fabulous. She is 100% professional, very responsive and always has her client's best interests in mind. I would recommend her to anyone and the five star review reflects that.
The people we interacted with at the management group, however, left a lot to be desired. There were mix ups, poor communication, lack of procedures in place for handling regular business, and lots of dropping the ball. We had the absolute best experience with Reserve Management. Monica helped us manage a rental property and then helped us sell it later. It sold for asking within 2 weeks. Everyone was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful! We would recommend them to anyone and would give more stars if we could!

We've been renting a property in Ferndale that's managed by Reserve for the past 2 years and we love it. Everything is very convenient for us. We were having issues with our dishwasher so we contacted their maintenance and they brought somebody out the next day. Also, we love how easy it is to pay rent online. 5 stars all the way!

If I could give them negative stars I would, worst treatment I've had from a renter company, Monica gave us the house without it being cleaned before, Weata has more than 2 months into solving some issues with the house, and Eric entered the fry to try to calm me down and now he want's out telling me that contacting him instead of Weata would be a violation on the lease.
I have been here almost 2 months and I already hate the experience, definitely don't ever rent with them it's the worst. Attached are some of the problems the house has, some have more than 2 months on the wait list to be solved

I've been renting my home through Reserve Management Company for almost a year now and everything has been great! Not only did they list the home quickly, get a renter within a week and done everything you could ask for in a Property Management Company, but have also provided counsel with how to deal with certain situations as they happened. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to help manage their properties.

I have been renting a house through Reserve Management company for nearly 2 years. My family and I have been extremely satisfied with the property and the management .The home we are in is updated in and out. When maintenance is needed day, night, weekend or Holiday they promptly respond and no matter the issue it is handled. My wife and I have been living at a property managed by Eric and his team at Reserve Management Company for just about a year. We have nothing but praise for the RMC team. Communication back has amazing, we always hear back within a few hours. Curtis the Maintenance Technician has come over to tend to smaller fixes within the hour sometimes. Monica the Realtor on the team, helped us get all the paperwork done in a few days and walked us through step by step. We highly recommend RMC!

Our experience with Reserve Management Company has been nothing but positive! When we had a house fire, Eric was on top of everything and had someone there first thing the next morning to get the ball rolling on getting us back in our home as soon as possible.
