Due to a building defect, there is a fair amount of warranty work needed in the home. Taylor Gray has been FANTASTIC to work with. She is always friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. She has taken the time to jump through hoops to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome.

We worked with Jordan and his team at CBH to purchase a new home toward the end of this last year. Closing was on January 3 and the entire process was really good. Our home was staged for CBH's festival of homes while we were in contract and when the staging was removed there was damage to the walls and paint that needed repaired. We worked with Andy and their new home orientation team and they were so helpful to get the walls back to new condition, even repainting entire walls in an effort to make sure it looked great. Jordan and his team were very responsive every time we called or got

The North Canyon Team was amazing to work with. Tristan Wolfe was my first point of contact and he always went above and beyond in answering any questions myself (Realtor) and my clients had. We saw numerous homes and Tristan was always communicating with us on the wants and needs that the buyer wanted in a home. Moving from California we purchased a new home from GBH in Peregrine Estates. There were a large number of floor plans to choose from and the sales staff helped us to view any that we were interested in. Once we selected the house we wanted, they made the purchase process simple and smooth. We received a $15000 credit from CBH which we used for window coverings , irrigation and landscaping with the remainder going to pay toward our closing costs. We couldnt be more pleased with our new home, our new State and the people at GBH Homes that helped make it all possible.

Just bought a new home from CBH. We loved working with Teschia - so professional and knowledgeable! She was a rockstar. They have perfected the art of new homes sales. Our superintendent walk through with Josh was also great. Our only concern was we never got a pumpkin pie for all new homeowners that CBH gave out over Thanksgiving.
