It has been a little over a year since working with Ashley from Fox nutrition. So far she has been a valuable resource to answer questions within a few days via email and makes it easy when restocking our items. Our customers are pretty satisfied and the only thing I would change is the website. Its not so easy to navigate and it would be great to place orders directly online.

For me, customer service is vital at the beginning of a potential working relationship, mostly because it indicates to me what to expect from them in the future.
