At Horizon, people come first. Our members work hard, and we believe hard work should be rewarded. We started as a small credit union back in 1955 with a specialty in serving health care professionals. Over the years, we've expanded to welcome individuals from all over Northcentral Pennsylvania who work in every sector.

Community charter grows to include 7 counties; Bradford, Clinton, Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Sullivan, and Union.

No Closing Cost offer dictates the following being paid by Horizon: appraisal, title search, recording fees and flood certification. Closing costs must be reimbursed to the credit union if the home equity loan is closed within 3 years. Alternate rates available for loan-to-values of up to 90% of homes value and second lien position.
