When my reliable old Nissan became unreliable, I dreaded the thought of searching for a replacement with aggressive dealerships and used car pitchmen. Low key and thoughtful, Ron patiently advised and counseled as our research and desires gradually evolved in a somewhat different direction. We ended up buying a brand new Prius. Never pressuring or leading, Ron was professional and respectful throughout. Ideal!
