Dr. Eric I. Ray completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, and went on to get his M.D. from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. At Southlake pain center, we're committed to bringing you nothing less than the very best medical care. We utilize state-of-the-art facilities and techniques to manage your pain.

All of our employees are dedicated to each and every patient that walks through our doors. We are proud that we can get the patient in and out of the clinic in 30-45 minutes. We will file the claim on your behalf if as long as we are under contract with your insurance company. Dr. Eric Ray studied at Texas Tech University Lubbock, TX where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors.

Aaron Curry, MSN, RN, FNP-BC has been a registered nurse since 2012 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2018. He received his baccalaureate degree from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas and began working at John Peter Smith Hospital in the Progressive Care Unit and Level I Trauma ICU taking care of post-surgical, trauma, and medicine patients.

In order to keep waiting times down, we ask that you make sure we have all insurance information prior to your scheduled appointment if possible. Please bring a copy of insurance card and drivers license. Patient forms are available on our website. Please print them and fill them out prior to your office visit.
