He and his wife Ann have 5 daughters and two young grandkids. Although he's not dropping laser guided bombs any longer, he still flies around the country in a private airplane, visiting clients and helping with their insurance. When he's not up in the sky or in the office, he can be found on the golf course or working on rental properties in his free time.
Mike began his insurance career in 2002 with McCashland Kirby Insurance Agency after owning several Runza Restaurant franchises. Mike and his wife reside in Omaha where they raised three children. In their free time they enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. Austin has been an insurance agent since graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004.
