The manager Lisa is one of the finest managers Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She is the epitome of professionalism. The Landings is a wonderful property and is always kept in top top shape.

Staff and maintenance crew are horrible. Ever since the Solomon group took over this complex, it has gone downhill quickly. Glad to be gone.

They have stray cats on the premises which are aggressive that they will do NOTHING about. They switch up rates, fees, and policies without warning or notifying you. Since we moved in (less than a year ago) we had so many "broken appliances (even our door)" that its not even funny. If you want to pay a high rent for a glorified and over hyped slum lord then be my guest.

This apartment was fantastic until they changed ownership to Solomon. Flat out rude and inconsiderate property manager at the office.
Waiting extended periods to get serious things fixed. Water is rusty brown at random for many hours at a time (photo included). Glad we moved out.
