I've been a client of Preferred Protectors for a little over a year now. They provide insurance on my rental property in Butler county. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I've received from them. Kim is my insurance agent and she is fantastic! Very responsive and gets things done. I haven't had to file a claim with them yet but so far the service has been great. Would recommend.
