This company is completely unreliable. If I could give them zero stars I would. I rented a $300 bounce house for my kids joint bday party on a Saturday. We had 30 kids. My event started at 1:00 and the bounce house still hadnt been delivered. Starting at noon I began making calls and texts to the office number and never received a call back letting me know when the bounce house would arrive. At 1:10 the driver called and said they would be at my house in 20 min. They didnt show up until 3:15 (2 hours later)! By then my guests were leaving. My entire bday party for my kids was ruined and

I ordered a bounce house from them for my daughters 3rd birthday party. The bounce house was delivered a day earlier (no extra charge) due to their busy schedule. The drivers J & K were great. Very nice and professional. The bounce house was a good size and very sturdy. My only major complaint was that it was really dirty on the inside. I had to wipe down the whole bounce house with water in order for the kids to play on it. Nonetheless the kids had a BLAST, which was the main goal. Would I recommend them? Yes, in fact people were stopping to ask where did we get the bounce house from. Id

The information posted on the website is not consistent with the information given over the phone. I'm planning a small event and only needed table and chairs. However, there is no longer pickup available. The male who answer the phone and the fee questions asked was short and rude. So it turns out this place does not rent only tables and chairs. Very poor customer service and misleading website information. Both numbers were called. The 450-7920 was called first. There was no answer. The second number called was the 235-0368 number. The male who answered the phone answered stating the Just Jump
