Services
Comprehensive Eye Exams
Our comprehensive eye exams evaluate both vision acuity and overall eye health using advanced diagnostic technology. These examinations include visual acuity testing, preliminary screenings, and detailed assessments of ocular health. We recommend annual exams for most patients, with more frequent visits for those managing existing eye conditions.
Contact Lenses
We offer specialized contact lens fittings and consultations for various vision needs. Our optometrists evaluate individual eye health and lifestyle factors to recommend optimal lens options. The service includes trial lenses and follow-up assessments to ensure proper fit and visual comfort for all contact lens wearers.
Pediatric Eye Care
Our pediatric eye care services address children's vision development from infancy through adolescence. The exams focus on detecting vision problems that could affect learning and growth. We follow recommended guidelines for early detection of developmental eye conditions and provide age-appropriate vision assessments.
Dry Eye Treatment
We provide specialized treatment for ocular surface disease and chronic dry eye conditions. Our approach combines diagnostic testing with personalized treatment plans that may include prescription medications, lifestyle modifications, and advanced therapeutic options to improve tear production and eye comfort.
Emergency Eye Care
Our emergency eye care service addresses sudden vision changes, eye injuries, and acute ocular conditions requiring immediate attention. Patients receive prompt evaluation and treatment for conditions like chemical exposure, foreign body removal, and sudden vision disturbances to preserve eye health and vision.

My experience at Kenai vision was good. I was greeted promptly by the desk receptionist with a friendly and welcoming smile. She checked me in and I only waited a short time and was brought back to start exams. The team there was efficient and friendly. The office set up was very nice and it felt very professional. They helped me to pick out my new glasses and I was on my way. Thank you to a great team.

My husband and I have used Kenai Vision for many, many years. We loved Dr. O'Connell and we worried about not getting the same level of care. As it turned out, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. I have seen both Dr. Karpik and Dr. Rice and love them both. All the technicians and front desk people, as well as the gentleman helping me with glasses were friendly and courteous.

I have used Kenai Vision for years. I usually have insurance but I had to use state insurance (Medicaid) and I was treated like they could not get me out fast enough. I was already having a hard time and then I watched them with the people ahead of me receiving their glasses. Showed them how to clean them gave them cleaner and little cloths. When it was my turn they just handed me my glasses and looked to the next person in line. I hope it was just a bad day for that person.
