Raquel Varela

Raquel is the Vice President of Varela Real Estate. Raquel performs the finance and accounting duties for the family business. She has finance experience since 2006 and has earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Prior to working at Varela Real Estate, she was a Finance Director and then became a stay at home mom for the second time.
Monique Ortega

Monique is the Office Manager at Varela Real Estate and provides administrative support to the Varela Real Estate Team. Monique was born and raised in Santa Fe and has worked in the real estate business as an administrative assistant for the last 7 years. She became licensed as an Associate Broker in 2016 with a focus to help her friends and family buy/sell real estate.
