I went to Price Rite, Bozeman, to get some help choosing some equipment assistance for my wife, who had just had foot surgery. I was lucky enough to be helped by Mandy and Nicole, who knew their inventory and its capabilities inside out. Called for an estimate about a rental being delivered and was told, "why don't you call the delivery driver". How would I have the drivers phone number? When did I start working for you? Delivery was 5 hours late and the equipment delivered was broken and in a state of disrepair. Meanwhile, a bed ridden patient in need of said equipment was left to lay on a gurney in the back of an ambulance and wait. Do you have any idea how much that costs? Of course you don't. Nor does the company give a ****! The equipment hadn't been cleaned and was missing essential parts for its

The company delivered a broken bed to an ailing family member. A bed without side rails. A bed without proper support brackets. A bed with a failing motor and connections. I fixed the wiring issues myself and we had to literally support the bed frame with an automotive jack and build support rails out of wood. No joke. Not only were they unable to correct the issues, they also were unable to do so much as keep contact with us and update us about the repairs and much needed additional equipment. They lied about the delivery time being 5 hours past time. I personally called their office to get an

I cant say enough good things about this place! I was on vacation and somehow forgot to grab the power cord for my cpap. Needless to say it was not helping to make my vacation any better for sure. I looked all over and had no luck finding a cord until I found Price Rite. They were more than helpful and found exactly what I needed and saved the day! Thanks so much!

Please take the time to read this as Price Rite has been incredible for us. A year ago my wife was diagnosed with ALS. At that time she was still walking but is now in a power chair. Randy and Price Rite have gone above and beyond to help us in so many different ways and I really mean it! Randy and his team will do everything they can to help you. He has given us hours of his time over this past year and has always looked for ways to continue to help beyond our equipment needs. It has been a difficult year but without Randy I don't know how we would have made it this far. Can't say enough good

I have always had good experiences here, they have been my pharmacy for 10 years now. I was recently in a car accident and they delivered my electric bed yesterday. The young lady who delivered and set up the bed was most helpful and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable and happy with the bed. I wish I could remember her name! My name is Julie and I have been a Price Rite customer for 20 years and recently bought another power chair from Price Rite. Randy and Denise, the physical therapist that he works with, are very good at what they do and they really went the extra mile to make sure the chair was just right and that I was comfortable in it. They spend hours making sure the fit is good and that every scenario that could be a possible problem is addressed so it isnt one! There is lots of laughter throughout the process and its such a friendly atmosphere! The chair I just got from them last week is the best one
