College Place Heating & Air Conditioning grew from a small beginning in 1949. At first, Lorain Davis rented part of a small building near the business's present site. The budget was limited and allowed no hiring of personnel, so Lorain's bride, Anne, donned a workman's garb to help install ductwork.

We would like to thank Dennis Davis and College Place Heating for the expert advice and guidance in choosing the correct heating and cooling equipment for the new addition to our home. We are extremely pleased with the finished product of a new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. Also, a very cheery gas fireplace, which we just love.

That really depends on what kind of filter you have, how much dirt gets into your home, and how often the fan runs. For those with our Honeywell F100 filter system, that is every 6 months to 12 months. For those with a standard 1 fiberglass or pleated filter, it should be every 30-60 days.
