Our Teacher Training School and head teachers are Yoga Alliance Registered. Our posture lineage is in the tradition of Bikram Yoga and philosophical lineage is in the tradition of Master Yogi Amrit Desai, founder of Kripalu the and the Amrit Yoga Institute.

The union of a flowing vinyasa class and a hatha hot class. This class offers the hot yoga poses with sun salutation and flow sequences. The floor postures vary to focus on strength and flexibility in different areas of the body. This class is appropriate for the beginner to the advanced student of yoga.
