He was told it would take 3 months to get an estimate and they told him it would take another 8 months to complete the job. Perplexed, Jim believed not only that he could do it faster, but he also saw the value in building a company that put the customer's timetable and needs first.

Q: How long will you honor your estimates? A: Our usual estimate is for 30 days, but if it's a big job we will hold the price for 90 days. Q: Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee? A: 100% workmanship warranty, if there is an issue with the corners leaking or and end cap leaking etc. we will come out and fix it for free for a full year.
