To refresh your bread after freezing, defrost slowly and warm in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes. The bread at Falls Baking Company is made in the old world tradition with no preservatives or additives. All of our breads are made from scratch with artisan bread flour. The dough is made with a pre-fermented starter to enhance the flavor of the bread.
