I requested service from Chicago Commercial Appraisal Group to complete an appraisal report for property tax purpose. I had a tight deadline to meet Mr. Peterson had an inspector out to my property the very next day after our initial request for service. Our law office provides primarily legal real estate transactions including numerous commercial real estate closings for almost 30 years.
