Consultations are the best way to meet our team and discuss your needs with our double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Sirius K. Yoo. A consultation is an initial meeting between you and the surgeon to discuss your desired appearance. Dr. Yoo will evaluate your needs and wants and formulate a plan based on your individual anatomy.

We are in the 4S Health Center, on the corner of Camino Del Norte and Dove Canyon, next door to the 4S Commons shopping center and directly across the street from LA Fitness. If it is your first time visiting us, we recommend using the below directions rather than plugging our address into your GPS system.

Kristen is SKY's resident nurse practitioner, providing expert injections and laser treatments. Kristen has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2001 and is highly skilled and experienced with facial injectables and laser treatments. Kristen graduated with her Master of Science Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh where she was a teaching assistant for undergraduate nursing students.
