I can not even believe they did not check the attic at all, however they told me they checked it.
Literally, there is a sign in the attic saying it's leaking here. They did not mention anything about it and told me things in the attic looked fine. I have serious doubt whether they are even qualified to inspect your roof or hvac. They just missed so many things. And they will not be responsible for anything after you paid them. If your realtor recommend this company, it maybe because the realtor know that they will not be able to find the problems in the house and it's easier to close the house
