It's convenient because it's a three minute walk from my house. They always provide exceptional service by providing PDF printing. It's also cost effective as well. It's 50 a print for PDF file. Would recommend.

Russ Yearick is top notch. I called to get information on purchasing a large format plotter and Russ was very informative. I was on the fence about one and Russ went the extra mile and did a cost evaluation for my needs. I'm a small business owner and I second guess all of my purchases. I've had my plotter for less than a month and couldn't be happier.......thanks Russ.

Hit or miss customer service. Good quality, good - albeit sometimes very inconsistent pricing - but very spotty service on things like calling as promised when a job is done and once in a while losing track of your original files. "Oh, yeah, we've had that done since yesterday morning. Didn't anyone let you know?" I keep giving them second chances, because their quality is almost always very good, and their pricing is not bad. A great source for oversize scans though, I've always had good results with that.

The only reason they get a 1 is because you cannot write a review with a zero! Worse customer service EVER and just flat out lying to me! Was guaranteed repeatedly that I would get a call the next day and that my order would be ready. Never did I get a call from them and now after MONTHS of trying to work with them I still dont have the products I ordered. If you want a headache and piss poor customer service then this is the place for you!!
