This place is not a good living environment for children from what i have seen it is full of drunks along with lots of other problems with the apartments . Loose windows that poor in water after a storm not good someone could have got hurt and thank God i don't live there no more .

For me, I couldn't ask for a more professional staff. I moved here from Vermont and staff was responsive to all my communications prior to arriving here. They have continued to demonstrate excellent customer service. Any time I communicate an issue they immediately took action. Even the facility maintenance and clean crew have always been friendly and go above and beyond. I have been impressed and enjoyed my time at Aspen Court.

Aspen court apartments staff was very friendly, kind and always had a smile on their faces. I lived there a year and did not have any problems. I enjoyed my daily walks with my dog and we made a lot of friends in the complex. The outside of the complex was well kept by the cleaning staff and they were always helpful.

There were bedbugs and rodent infestations the entire time we lived there. They did professionally treat every time we reported it. The problem continued because it had been a problem for the entire building long before we moved in June, 2015. We became aware of the infestations several months after moving in. Our neighbors verified their experiences there. We watched so many people move because of poor living conditions. My husband passed away October 25th, 2017. I moved out November 3, 2017 because the problem was so bad. I have many witnesses to the conditions that were on going.

The roof was recently resealed; they had to cut the A/C while I was at work. It didn't work when I got back home, but they came by to fix it quick. Then it quit working again a few weeks later on a Friday and maintenace came out within an hour. Awesome.
