I had a 90-minute massage today with Liza and it was great! She's very responsive to your specific needs and does an excellent evaluation of your body's areas that need extra attention. We're visiting Carmel and took our innkeeper's recommendation on Signature Day Spa. If we were here more often, I would be a regular client. Well located downtown in a cozy spot.

I'm really sad to have to write this review, but after several days of trying to contact Tonya the manager (either the manager or the owner?) with absolutely no response, I feel it's my duty to inform others about my experience here. I came here to get a prenatal massage with 2 other pregnant friends. We were informed they took extra care with prenatal massages and made it a special experience. Unfortunately my friends and I had a really negative experience. I will share my thoughts and concerns:

Had a HydraFacial for the first time. What a great experience! Literally vacuumed out my pores and infused some "goodness" ; glycolic and vitamin C boosters and LED light. It's been 5 days and I feel like my skin is refreshed and smooth. I'll be back

Googled and found this spot today. So glad I did! They were super flexible with getting us in for a couples massage with very short notice and the massages were absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend and definitely coming back!

I just had an amazing service with Signature Day Spa. 2nd time here and I dont see myself going anywhere else. I live in Salinas and drive to this spa. Really happy that they take all precautions for covid and my therapist had a mask on. I know its very uncomfortable but appreciate their due diligence. I had an amazing reflexology massage as this was suggested to me. I'm constantly moving 200lbs+ all day and my body is really hurting and needed the work.

Had an emergency come up (surgery) and wasn't able to make a trip to California. I canceled my reservation with the hotel and thought they canceled the massage appointment too. To my shock, I found a charge for $390 on my credit card (for a doggie day care spa; I don't even have a dog). When I called the owner, she berated me and told me this should be a learning lesson for me to properly cancel next time. There won't be a next time because I'm a single mom and this was a once in a lifetime trip that was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. When I explained that to the

Such a haven of relaxation. I had such a positive experience. I will definitely tell my friends. I will go back again. I came early to fill out the paperwork and was seated in a quiet room and given a warm foot bath while I waited. Pressure and technique were tailored to my needs.
