Nestled in America's heartland, Beatrice Bakery Co. is located in the southeastern corner of the state of Nebraska in the small community of Beatrice. Just one block south of downtown! I had gotten a small fruitcake of theirs as a gift last year, and since we were going to be passing through Beatrice, I had to go get some more.
