Pilates Mat Classes
Our Pilates mat classes combine traditional methodology with modern adaptations to build core strength and improve flexibility. Each session focuses on controlled movements that enhance body awareness and muscular symmetry. Clients learn fundamental principles through approximately 500 designed exercises performed on padded mats, developing strength in abdominal, back, and gluteal muscles while maintaining proper form and alignment.
Reformer Group Sessions
Group reformer classes utilize specialized equipment to provide resistance-based workouts that improve balance and muscular endurance. The reformer's adjustable springs allow personalized intensity levels while maintaining proper body mechanics. Participants must complete three introductory private sessions to ensure equipment familiarity and movement precision before joining group classes, ensuring safety and technical accuracy.
Jump Board Workouts
Jump board sessions integrate cardiovascular conditioning with Pilates principles to build lower body strength and improve heart health. The vertical platform enables controlled jumping movements that target leg, core, and stabilizing muscles while minimizing joint impact. These workouts increase calorie burn through aerobic-style sequences while maintaining Pilates' focus on proper alignment and controlled motion.
Teacher Certification
Our 200-hour certification program prepares students to teach mat and reformer Pilates with professional competency. The curriculum includes private sessions, group instruction observation, and practical teaching assessments across four-month training cycles. Participants gain access to studio resources and complete an intensive weekend examination process to earn certification, ensuring they meet our standards for client instruction and technical proficiency.
Private Instruction
Personalized private sessions offer tailored Pilates instruction for individual goals and physical needs. Certified instructors create customized workout plans that address specific strength, flexibility, or rehabilitation requirements through direct feedback and hands-on adjustments. These sessions provide foundational training for beginners and advanced modifications for experienced practitioners seeking specialized attention in their Pilates practice.

I love this studio! Downtown studio is within walking distance to my house, and the Hyde Park studio is really beautiful. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I love that there are so many of them who rotate so you always get a different workout. My body has gotten much stronger and is changing shape. Love this place!
