This is one step above a scam. Zero customer service. Say they have items stocked and then order direct from distributor with a 50% markup and you are stuck waiting.

I purchased porcelain tile for a new home build last October from this company. I was given a "no later than" delivery date that was not met, so my project was delayed by two weeks. I was patient, since covid had disrupted many things. When the tile was finally delivered, I was not present at the unoccupied home, and the freight company left it in the driveway. That evening my husband went to put the tile in the house, and noticed a lot of "clanking" in the boxes. It was obvious that there was damage, so I emailed the company right away. I received a prompt response and was asked for pictures of

Love, love, love Catalfamo! We are finishing up a rather large renovation that called for quite a bit of tile. Our experience with Catalfamo, and, in particular, Nick couldn't have been better. From design to color selection to last minute changes, Nick delivered. He was patient and professional, even when we weren't. The tile looks amazing. We couldn't be happier. While we hope this is our last ever renovation project, we wouldn't hesitate to call on Catalfamo for our future tile needs, and you shouldn't either.
