Met with Mr Brooks, he took our house plans said he would get back with us with a price and date he could start building. He never returned! The office address listed on his website has not been his in several years! His business phone is disconnected. We went to the address listed as his residence only to find he has not lived there in years! I have left messages on his cell phone, requesting my plans back! He has not returned my calls nor has he returned the requested plans. BEWARE
