Dr. Hess is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with degrees in biology and chemistry. He then attended the University of Arizona Medical School and graduated in the top third of his class. Dr. Sandeen is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon.

Elizabeth S. Lee, MD is the newest surgeon at our clinic and specializes in cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and minors in Spanish and Chemistry. She then attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine graduating in May of 2012.

Colee has been working in medical management since 1996. She began her career in Neurosurgery as an Administrative Assistant. She then moved to the field of Women's Health where she spent fifteen years as the Practice Manager for two well known and very busy practices. Colee has traveled extensively and also lived in Germany for a year.
