Corinne's son Nic was an electrician by trade and was confident he could set up the solar installation. Sure enough, now when the SUN shines on Wine Tree Farm, SHE grows the grapes, and powers the winery.

Corinne chose to plant Rhone varietal grapes in her vineyard. That's because the climate and soils in the area are similar to that of the Rhone region in France, where Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre are the predominant red wines. Visit our Amador County Tasting Room, where you can taste our variety of Rhone wines and blends. We bottle and release new wines throughout the year. If you visited before you may very well discover some more recent wines. All our wines - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and our blends - SyrGreMour, GreSyrMour, ByPass Red, Off The Grid, Otis and Gremour - have all received medals from time to time.

Like many of you, we realize that we are the stewards of our environment.
