Aaron Paker has been an instrumental part of Life Point Law since 2015. Having started as a paralegal, Aaron has moved his way up to be our Medicare and Medicaid specialist. Aaron started his professional career as a teacher focused on working with low-income, special needs preschoolers for five years.

Under Washington law, vulnerable adults such as elders and disabled individuals are able to seek a protection order just as domestic violence or family abuse victims are. Washington law does not require an individual to be completely incapacitated or disabled in order to qualify for vulnerable adult protection orders.

Special Needs Trust (SNT) is a generic term commonly used to describe trust funds created to supplement the government benefits received by the beneficiary. By maintaining a beneficiary's eligibility for government benefits, the pool of assets available for the care of the beneficiary becomes significantly broader and deeper and lasts for a longer period of time.
