The physician assistants, Dana Dorenfeld and Suzanne Brown (as well as their nurses) are exceptional and the reason we attend this office. They have treated both myself as well as one of my teenage children. They are both professional, intelligent, compassionate, patient, and thorough (both with their examinations as well as informing you of what they are doing and why, and with any treatment options they may recommend, if need be). They are also friendly (as are their staff) and good listeners. They don't make you feel rushed as though your time doesn't matter too. They don't make you feel like

Terrible billing practices. Received first bill dated 09/28/2021. NO OPTION TO PAY ONLINE, very inconvenient. I work full time and called the office on my first availability on 10/11/21 and had issues with running my HSA payment. Advised I would call back to pay as soon as I sorted out with my HSA company/card issuer. Called back on 10/19/21 to make payment and was informed my account was already forwarded to a collection agency on 10/14/21. They sent my account to a COLLECTION agency in THREE DAYS. My son has been removed from care due to incorrect billing practices. Practice manager, Terri, refused

Sent a family member here based on the high reviews but did not meet any of the expectations. Was told the doctor seemed rushed and performed a small quick procedure for their first visit. He did not explain anything in good detail and never bothered with follow up care. Ended up scheduling them for South Charlotte Dermatology later on where they received excellent service, care and great communication.
